布莱克巧克力坚果碎和栗蓉暗香奶油全部都是方形的，造型跟味道一样开始看似简单但内容绝对丰富：都有相当丰富的水果奶油夹层，选材也十分考究。不会很甜很腻糕坯松软细腻，入口即化。味道很具有层次感，尤其是百利甜和Rum Cheese还会mix一些果(酒)的香甜还会夹有一些cheese的厚重感，很适合做high tea，搭配咖啡细品is so amazing!

每个口味都可圈可点，比较喜欢巧克力&cheese cake，所以百利甜、朗姆芝士、摩卡一直是回购。

奶油偏多一些的首推卡百利，这款是春天的特定款，有机鲜草莓！Rum Cheese也好吃，奶油比较多，但是甜度低，适合小朋友。百利甜情人的话适合嗜甜族，里面好像还有酒，不太适合老小等特定族群。

根据个人口味不同，永远没有最好吃的一款。榴莲OR平淡无奇的咸芝士奶油蛋糕，而是在那个season没有任何认识的人生日特地买的Minty White。

黑白巧克力慕斯有一层很浓的可可粉，吃的时候要小心，不要吸气，会被呛到。咖啡味浓的推荐卡布其诺，真的很浓郁的咖啡味！甜度也适中。
